The Palace Barber

I don’t understand how there can be negative reviews of Palace Barbers...I can only suggest that competitors on the high street want to bring down the ratings. I have been 6 times or so to this place and I can say that the service is absolutely excellent. From the first time I went it was obvious that the owner, Hamza, is very experienced and totally professional. My hair is hard to cut and he always listens carefully to what I want and does a great job. He is also brilliant with beards as is to be expected. He is really careful and detailed and exactly what you want a barber to be. Also, he is very very friendly, as are his staff. Whenever I pass the door with my daughters he waves and smiles and if he isn’t busy, he comes out for a chat. Palace Barbers is exactly what a barber shop should be. Don’t believe the negative reviews: they make absolutely no sense. I used to pay much more money to have my hair cut in the centre of town but Hamza does a better job than any of them. He cares about his job and is a highly skilled craftsman. I feel very lucky that he opened his shop here and I hope I will be going back to Palace Barbers for years to come.

Not good. One of the barbers big guy with tattoos did not know how to do a skinfade neither did he know how to scissor cut. He can only line the beard. I mean even 12 year olds can line a beard. He doesn't listen to the customer he does what he think will look good. He charged me £25 for the haircut too. Very bad. He needs more practice and more training. Not good enough.

After visiting this place with my son, I have concluded that the service is very bad. We were neglected by the staff who refused to serve me and were very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this barber to anyone. There are definitely much better service on Walthamstow market. Really terrible from the staff some of the worst customer service I have seen in a barber shop just plain rude. Awful haircuts aswell. You can definitely find better barbers

I’ve been going here for 5 years and always find the staff friendly and professional. I’m always happy with my haircut and wet shave.
Highly recommend this place.

Dont got here, he messed up my hair. Asked for number 4 on the sides and a bit on the top. Just did whatever he thought was best. Completely uneven on the top and made it short.

Horrible barbers. They cannot understand simple instructions. You cut so much off when I only asked for a bit.

I've been there today. An excellent haircut for a tenner. I'm very picky on haircuts and all I received was professional service, quick, neat, etc. All for 10 pounds. Although I live in walthamstow village I'll be back.
