My friend Shahab visited the barber's today at 13:30 pm and halfway through his haircut the owner came behind his chair and shouted at him regarding why he gave a negative review and decided to continue to shout at him in front of everyone else very unprofessionally. Instead of speaking to him in private, they decided to shout at him in front of everyone and threatened to ban him and forced me to change my original negative review, and told him to not come back.

In addition to this, the owners have said "Shahab is like family to them" however they are always reluctant on discounts and called Shahab "Stingy" over discounts because they believe £27 is justifiable for a haircut without the beard just because they are located in Kensington. This branch was short staffed today and that clearly shows the barbers they hire don't like the working conditions and some of them are not good at their jobs.

What astonishes me above all is that they had the audacity to wait until halfway through the haircut to shout at him as to why he left a negative review instead of approaching him after the haircut to speak to him in a calm and professional manner. On this occasion, it goes to show that this was personal and not professional, and above all my friend Shahab throughout the whole argument kept his composure and kept his calm and shows how he kept it professional. These owners need to respect their customers and never take reviews personally as we live in a free country with freedom of speech therefore he did not deserve to be attacked and abused in this unprofessional and disgusting manner.

This shop needs to reassess its whole culture and ethos and retrain staff on how to respect customers. The owners today explicitly asked Shahab to specifically change the structure of his review to reflect positively rather than negatively and they demanded he changed his 1-star review to over 4 stars. The two Iranian babers who started this entire complaint in the first place were Keyvan and Edo. These two said to Shahab on many occasions "that whether Shahab leaves the shop as a loyal customer or not they don't care". This shows customer loyalty means nothing to them.

I would like to also mention that on many occasions the owner was not so keen on giving discounts and had a go at his staff members for giving Shahab a few pounds off the total cost.

My friend Shahab has been visiting this shop since 2019 and this is how they repay his loyalty. He will not be going back ever again after this incident and I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off cutting your own hair by yourself.

This is the worst barber shop as I got shouted at for leaving a review and threatened with a ban by the owner in front of other customers. So unprofessional and all they care about is charging premium prices in exchange for Rubbish customer service and prices.

Shame on all of you for disrespecting a long time loyal customers.

Amazing barbers. The dude Matt hooked me up with a nice fade, face mask, and nose wax. Also offered to charge my phone and gave me water. Cheap prices, great service, and really nice people. If I was living here I’d go to them for every haircut. A1 barbers no cappington

Excellent and reliable. Easy booking options and walk-in availability. Have sat in each chair, so regardless of barber I always get a great cut. Barbers and owner all friendly.

Great place. Walked in without an appointment. They sat me down, went next door and got me a coffee while I waited. Friendly staff, and very happy with my haircut!
