Not very impressive. Bloke was on his phone or looking out the window for the duration. Go gents barbers a few doors down for a more professional and cheaper haircut

Treated myself to a hot towel shave and a haircut here yesterday; great service, the owner certainly knows what he's doing. The haircut is great and the shave was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep! Definitely will be going back and recommending to friends.

My 6 year old son has been taken here for a haircut on 3 occasions and on each occasion the Barber has shown a very arrogant and ignorant attitude towards us. On the 1st occasion I had explained to my wife what sort of hairstyle/haircut I wanted my son to have done. The barber kept saying he didn't understand and I literally had to send pics and be on the phone throughout the haircut. On the 2nd occasion I was present and again he showed arrogance and ignorance regarding the understanding of what I wanted my son to have. Today I went and initially he said there were 2 customers ahead of us. I left and came back shortly after around 20-25 mins to find that there was no customers in the store. He again said he was waiting for a customer but no one arrived. I asked if he could take my son's haircut and he said yes. I explained that I wanted the same hairstyle as he had previously done and he said it's been a year and he can't remember. I had been around early December 2020. I explained what I wanted. The guy started to fly through the haircut with no pride in his work whatsoever. He was looking out of the window on a few occasions as well. I stepped up to explain the haircut and he told me to sit down. I then took a phone call outside of the shop and I saw him with thinning scissors in his hand and he was cutting my son's hair with them. I asked why he had used thinning scissors without my permission and I also explained that he hadn't done so previously. He got a little defensive and he wrapped up my son's haircut within 20 minutes after literally showering his hair with water. I am fuming still. I hate the blokes attitude and carelessness/lack of pride and attention to detail. I will not be using his services again.
