Been there twice. Good quality hair cut but the people should work on PR. The person was rude and didn't take any effort to make me comfortable. He didn't give me enough time to explain how my want my hair cut done. Hope they improve in the future

The trim wasn't the worst as I asked for a skinfade but the customer service was horrendous. Barber cutting with his backpack still on his back, digging hard into my skin with the trimmer, moving my head forcefully around. All round 0 customer service skills whatsoever.

He also took a 5 minute break halfway to just go into the back and have a chat. Also, the way of cutting really hurts your skin as this is the second time I've been there thinking perhaps it was the barber first time round but they all seem to do it. The brushes all seemed very old and I felt the dust and old hair go up my nose. I sneezed and the barber just laughed.

Wasn't cheap either. Would highly recommend against going here.

Worst experience I ever had at a barber’s shop!
I strongly recommend not to waste your money in this place as you will surely regret it and you will be abused verbally. I had read the reviews before actually going there myself but I thought it can’t be as bad so I’ll give it a go being just around the corner from where I moved to recently.
Whilst the man was cutting my hair someone came into the shop and they started to argue loudly with a lot of swearing and inappropriate language involved! It was quite intimidating to be honest. The man didn’t take any care when cutting my hair and scraped my neck badly with the cut throat razor making it bleed. He Didn’t even wet my hair before cutting it and roughly combed it hurting me as well! It took him 5 mins in total to do the job (he was clearly in a terrible rush), and he told me ‘5 mins is enough, how long do you think it takes, an hour?!’. Once he was done he never gave me the chance to look at myself in the mirror or from behind to check I was satisfied. He basically only did a fade on the sides and shortened the edges at the top and charged me 15 quid. Obviously I told him I wasn’t really happy and if he could please fix a few things with the haircut. He was so aggressive in the way he spoke to me although I tried being as kind as possible. He told me if I don’t like it I shouldn’t have gone there, but it actually was my first time and definitely the last one ! I asked him not to be rude to me because I wasn’t being rude to him and he then told me ‘another word and I’ll kick you out of the shop!’ I was appalled, so I then decided not to let him touch my hair anymore and walked out. Oh, he also took a picture of me without my consent, which I will be reporting him for! The man is crazy, so please guys trust all the reviews (they reflect the reality very much) and don’t be naive as I was to give it a go anyway! Never seen such a horrible customer service before!

Guy was the most rude barber I've ever been in to in my whole life. First, he let the guy who was in the queue before me wait an hour before telling him that he don't cut kids hair, then started a massive argument with him, then when it was my turn he gave me a completely different hair cut to what I had asked for and he was proper aggressive when doing it, it was unbelievable. The place should be down.

I tool my 8 Yr old boy for his hair cut, the owner was very rude and aggressive as soon as my boy sat in the barbers chair,he was forcefully moving his head down left and right, I said hey his only 8 years old ,, I didn't want to use foul language infront of my son. , the barber/owner was more interested in watching football on TV, . When we left he charged my boy £15, , we got home my boy said dad I never want to get my haircut from that shop again.

They just don’t care about customers. For 1 hour that I stood there waiting the guy completed only one customer (when I arrived the hoc cut was almost completed). 4 people came and left in the meantime because the guy instead of speeding up he went to smoke and took extra time on purpose so people will leave the shop. because he couldn’t be bother to work.

These people do not understand much in business and surely do not care. Do not bother to come here

Not the best experience, hands smelt of tobacco, didn't even fade properly and didn't listen to what I wanted. A poor rushed job. Wouldn't recommend

Good haircut but the worst barber I've ever gone to. Very rough when cutting hair. I got a call and tried to remove my phone from my pocket to only check who it was. The guy literally snatched it from my hands and flung it onto the counter. Argues with every other person that comes in. That person could literally argue with the walls and clouds. The man clearly hates his job, so why bother coming in and doing it.
