Ibo Barber Shop

Have been going to this place about once a month for almost a year and usually have a great cut and great, polite service. Just had my hair cut today by what I think is a new guy. Asked for a side shave as I have always had done with a zero on the back and sides. Guy gave me a bowl cut. I told him I wanted it cut a little higher please to the shave line. He then started getting stroppy and said ‘you should ask for that then!’ and then started tutting and shaking his head. The guy behind who was waiting to have his haircut saw this display and said he was going and left. He then took another attempt at very speedily rectifying the cut (badly hurting my neck with the shaver in the meantime) and cut way above the shave line on one side, didn’t cut high enough the other side and cut the back completely unevenly. I’m usually offered hair gel afterwards but this time was just blown with the hairdryer and was all done. I paid the regular price and decided if it was that bad I’d just go elsewhere to have it fixed. It’s a great shame as I had come to really like the place before today but whilst this guy is working there I just can’t risk him touching my hair again.

Great team. I have been having my hair cut and beard trimmed at Ibo barber .Always feel great after a cut. Staff are great, friendly and very skilled barbers. I have small children who love going. Barbers are great with kids. Highly recommend .

I used this barber shop alot and loved them. I went today to change my beard, but the barber left me with a really grazed and bloody neck. such a shame as i have always had good haircuts. He said it was my fault due to the way my hair grows.

This is a great barbers, my son’s hair is always cut so well. They take their time to make sure the cut is done well and are very good at what they do.
