I travel all the way from chingford, and i came to genco for a eyebrow revisit with keisha and compared to Tina she done nothing. she done everything i could of done at home and i would of saved £16.00 and 2 hours of my life but I attended and i payed the full price. I demand a refund or a session for free with tina because tina is amazing at what she does.

Went for a 1h full body massage with Alieh (the only therapist available at the time) and arrived at the tiniest treatment room, also quite dirty, nowhere to leave your stuff and clothes. I checked the time to see if it was really a full 1h massage but Alieh finished in about 40 mins. She was also playing relaxing music on her phone but kept getting loud notifications so wasn’t really working. She was also fiddling with the aircon remote for a while which I think is quite unprofessional while you’re doing a massage. All in all not the worst massage ever but also far from being a great experience, not worth the price and wouldn’t really come back.

I went for an intensive one hour facial.
It was only 45 minutes long.
Specifics, felt like a one size fits all. I wasn’t asked what I wanted just what type of skin I had.
I really wanted to find a place that did a good facial but sadly this wasn’t the one for me. I think £60 for 45 minutes is too much for what was delivered.

Back and shoulder wax. Excellent. Tina took good care of me and did a great job. The online booking facility is a real help as well.

I booked a haircut and paid a deposit online and 2 hours later was called saying my haircut was cancelled. I asked for a refund and it’s now been over 3 and a half weeks and I have not got my money back.

I’ve called multiple times and sent lots of email (with no response). Don’t use this hairdresser.

I've been using this place for years and the lady I see is pleasant but the surroundings have got recently very cramped and noisy with little separation between treatment rooms. For the cost, the surroundings are a little rough. I have emailed to share my thoughts but haven't heard back.

Therapist wasn't the friendliest. Pedicure was a bit of a half-arsed job, despite therapist repeatedly telling me i didnt need what id booked (equally didnt offer an alternative). Massage was OK but not really hard enough, and also finished several minutes early.
