Antony is amazing. Front desk could be friendlier, but that is a small problem. Also the booking app needs a major re-do! Highly recommend.

I have been getting my hair cut by Chris for over a decade. The service is always fantastic and consistent, so you always leave feeling great. Chris is an expert and has been cutting and styling my hair from when I had a full head of thick hair to the early stages of baldness. Highly recommended if you want a top-notch hair cut with friendly conversation so you leave feeling relaxed and great.

First experience at The Refinery today, with Arianna, for a Murad facial and I can say it was fantastic. Very professional and friendly place so highly recommend

Excellent facilities, fantastic technicians. I attended for a pre-wedding wax, facial and haircut.
Never waxed previously… reception was considerate and the service impeccable. Ariana was extremely friendly and superbly skilled… absolutely nothing to worry about if you like a friendly chat before realising you’ve had a treatment! Indeed, the facial was hugely enjoyable.
The haircut with Chris was fantastic. He’s a true professional that knew more about my hair than I did. I walked away feeling like a million dollars.

Feels like they are rushing their barbers. Barbers work very quick to finish a haircut in 30 minutes. They only wash your hair once mid through the process to finish you quicker. Hence the quality of the haircut goes down. Would not recommend.

I have been going to the refinery for a couple of years now. The facial treatments are very nice, in particular Aromatherapy one and Medik8. Helen is great and has been looking after my face for some time now. I am absolutely delighted the results and I would recommend the experience.
