Ellis’s Barbershop

Ellis has been cutting my hair for over 14 years now he’s a superb barber never had any issues with him cutting my hair.
The new barber shop is very clean and smart inside with friendly atmosphere.

Went today for the first time and definitely going back amazing haircut and very friendly barbers

First visit, saw a lady - cut was ok, no issues.

Second visit, saw a middle aged man - cut was poor.

I requested a low fade, and repeated myself twice. I asked directly for the barber not to cut high up to the crown. Seconds after this, he directly ignored me, and cut very high, right up to the top of my head. After asking him about this the response was indifference.

How hard is it to just listen to your customer? Now I have paid for a haircut I didn't want.
