Great to go there at the start but it fades away and then treats his customers like rubbish

I would have liked to have got the chance to have used the place, I booked for Saturday I had a message to say that my appointment was cancelled due to a family occasion. Then the day of my actual appointment I got another message to ask to reschedule to another day in the week! I'm due to go on holiday I now have to look elsewhere terrible service!
