I’ve been going to this barbers for over 2 years, so I can give an honest review. YES they may not have the best customer service and it may not look busy sometimes. This is because they’re WAITING for customers... The quality of all the barbers they employ is second to none, anywhere around here. So if you can deal with a little bit of a wait, it’s well worth it for the best hair cut you’ll find around most of Suffolk. 👍🏼

I’ve been here in multiple occasions and had haircuts by a few individuals. The barber shop is always clean and well looked after. Additionally, the staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this establishment.

I’ve been going to Tori for years and never had a bad cut. She’s friendly, efficient and runs on time. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a great barber!

Extremely Over Priced! Some of the best barber's in the country charge less, to which they offer hair washing, for a better cut. Then cut your hair to a high professional standard. As well as not charging money for a cup of tea 🤯 Here I had a quick clip and cut only... 😑 But I am prepared to give them more time/chances as they seem to believe they are a high standard to charge this amount... 👍🏽

Everytime I try to get my hair cut they always say they have no slots available although I see them taking walk ins all the time. Horrible customer service they do not say they will have appointment available or when. They clearly do not care to have any customers.

I went into this place on tuesday the 11th oct around 17:00 hrs i waited a short time a younger person came up to me playing around with his phone all the time he was
mumbling to me. I have worked in this industry for many years and worked all over england . They need training of how to talk to customers for sure there was no manners at all it really put my back up i walked out will not use this place again very poor customer service and if that is bad the hair cuts won't be very good either as they could not be bothered to talk properly to a customer. If he was working for me he be in trouble but then I would have trained him. Very disappointed with this place.

My son and husband couldn't fault the service, the Barber's are all professional and happy to listen to any requirements and Tory is brilliant at fixing my husbands hair after my attempts to barber for him... I fail...
Little pricey but worth the money for the cuts as they are never disappointed at the finish.
Couldn't recommend a better place.

I've been coming here for the last 4 years to get my beard trimmed by Jon and I've never had a bad experience, the staff are great and the shop is always clean
