Khops Gentleman's Barbers and Hairdresser

This barber shop is great. Friendly staff and they did a very good job. My hair had not been cut in a year and the barber sorted it out by taking it all the way down, communicating and recommending ideas all the way. Finished with a close neck shave and flamed ears for a very reasonable price for the area. I will be back.

I have been going to Khops Barbers for over 3 years after trying . They have a friendly bunch of staff there. For the high standard of haircut you receive and the price you pay for it, you are definitely getting value for money. I would highly recommend Khops barbers to anyone looking to get their beard trimmed or a haircut.

I have my usual barbers but couldn't get to them this time, so tried somewhere near me. I have extremely hard to work with hair, it's a thick and appears curly and afro like when long but only wavy when short. My barber she did a good job considering first time with my hair, had a tougher job with blending and gave me a more rounded front profile than I asked, but overall decent cut.
Only reasons for 3 stars:
Get the wash with the cut, they asked for same price with or without it
Have had better atmosphere
Could have had a more detailed finish

I walked in off the street today (no appointment) and only waited a short while for my turn. Tony gave me one of my best haircuts and provided top notch service throughout. He was very friendly and we had a great chat about all kinds of topics. Khops is the oldest barbershop in the City of London, who knew?! I’m not from London but if I lived here I’d be a regular, no doubt. I’ll be back Tony, thanks!!

Essentially not a bad hair cut but definitely not what i asked for.
Think this place is ok if you are having a standard short back and sides cut but don’t expect anything better than that. I made it very clear that i wanted a low 3 on the sides and blend up to the top where my hair is quite long creating a bit of a bowl cut look, i even pointed and showed him how high to go with the 3 but then as soon as the clippers came out i knew i had made a mistake, what i came away with was a 3 short back and sides

Always good value and always give a good cut here. Will offer you a cold drink or a beer whilst you're getting your cut or waiting.

To note - they don't really do bookings and are cash only.
