I've been a regular customer here for over a year and I can't speak highly enough of the girl who usually cuts my hair. Unfortunately, the level of customer service isn't consistent and I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience with other staff members.

REVIEW UPDATE: So for sharing my experience and having an opinion, I'm no longer welcome at this business. Upon arriving for a scheduled appointment, I was confronted and banned. Again, this shows the level of service on offer and justifies my review. There are plenty of other places in Kendal for your haircut, offering much better service and value for money.

Great staff, amazing barbers

Great barbers, excellent service and great people. I went in looking like the Tom Hanks stuck on an island, to Chris Hemsworth in his prime. They have definitely found a repeat customer here. I can't recommend them enough. Unlike other barbers, they offer a great service.

Louise and her crew are always friendly, keen to please and accommodate at Eds Barbers shop. Never feel rushed and get a consistently great cut from everyone.

Great advice and hair cut

Came here about 4 years ago after repeated disaster cuts at one of the local barbers and have been going here ever since. Julie is great!
