Shades Barbers

Being new to the area I was recommended to try Shades. I managed to walk in and get seen right away, which was more lucky than judgement. Now I am not one to normally chat when I have my haircut, however Wayne was very friendly and we started chatting about more than your normal "Got any holidays planned?". He cut my hair exactly as I wanted it and the pricing was on par with what I am used to paying, so was good value for money. The salon itself is very clean, bright and "shiny" as they have only been there a while, but I am sure it will stay that way too. I will be returning in a few weeks when my hair needs done again.

Thought I’d try Shades Barbers today instead of my usual place, and to be honest this was the best hair cut I’ve had! Wayne the barber did an outstanding job! This is definitely my new barbers from now on! Highly recommended.

Paid £20 last visit...as no change in till. Told I'd be in credit...no problem as been a regular since the shop opened and only live across the road. Went back today...4 or 5 weeks after last cut, told I have to pay full amount if I want a hair cut. Showed pic of last barber who cut my hair on their facebook page..Why would i lie for a few quid?! Poor attitude of staff. Unacceptable. Customer lost, plus friends and family.

A very nice addition to Lintot square. It's a little more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for. They listen to what you want and, more importantly, do it. It's great for taking the kids as there are toys and games to keep them occupied while you're waiting. The staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend.

Kirsten was one of the friendliest and most thorough barbers I have had in a very long time! She made me feel incredibly comfortable and I trusted every bit of her opinion about the style I wanted and the style she suggested. Highly recommend!

First time using Shades today. The shop itself looks really nice and is very clean. Very welcoming. Great cut by Wayne too, very happy overall, will definitely be going back.

Free parking. Comfortable seating, very pleasant staff. Good prices. Been multiple times and will continue to visit this establishment.
