Not a bad barbers. You’d think by the price you’d be getting some care and attention, however this is quite the opposite to what you get! Every time I’ve been I’ve had high hopes but my hair cut has been over in less than 10 minutes and felt very rushed each time. Despite never seeming very busy, I’ve always been faced with a long wait. Doesn't live up to expectation/prices

Good morning. I used to be a regular customer when they first opened. On the rare chance I cant get a walk in anywhere else I would try there, to all of a sudden remember why i stopped going. stopped going because of the waiting time, barbers mates sitting in the spare chair using language that was not appropriate. Never had a bad hair cut there. The whole experience left me dreading to go.

Such a shame to a nice shop location.

Awful. Arrived and was given a time that I would be seen by. An hour and a half went by and was totally ignored by both barbers. It seemed as though people who had previously been to the barbers and the staff were familiar with were getting seated before me... Despite my hour and a half wait. Ultimately, had to leave. Arrived with the intention making this my regular barbers, now I certainly won't be going back and would not recommend anyone else to.
Service and attitude this poor shocks me.
Reading these reviews... It looks as though I'm not the only one with this experience.

Great friendly atmosphere and ultimately a great haircut. Attention to detail, not rushed, good knowledge and suggestions for style. Good value for money - an hour in the chair and a full hair a beard cut. Ultimately don’t let the negative reviews put you off.

It's 8.39am on Monday the 20th of December and the shop is still closed despite stating different timetables on the website and at the shop. On the other end Errol is cool and knows what he's doing. I wish they were more honest with their timing. Edit. At 9.05am nobody has shown up. Nevermind.

Booked my appointment in advance, arrived for my cut at 09:00 and the store is still closed. Assume somebody has called in sick but having no backup is still extremely poor service for the customer.

Had a haircut booked for 3pm, showed up five minutes early and Errol was still cutting someone's hair and said it would not be a long wait. He spent the next 45 minutes talking to his customer/friend, to the point where my parking ran out and I left without a haircut. Not professional and will not be be returning.

Best barber in Nantwich. Ben is really careful to give you what you want, not what the barber wants to do. Always a bit of man-banter going on, this time all about Tyson Fury! Love it!
