Menkind Barbers Oadby Leicester

No fuss, barbers open everyday especially after 5 pm on weekdays. Can walk in or book specific time (useful for busy weekends). Complimentary ear and nose wax - which I do every 6 weeks. I try and tip as the price is inexpensive and nice fellas.

Autistic friendly. As a support worker for people who have a range a learning disabilities and autism I feel most comfortable taking the residents here than anywhere else.

Quick and relatively cheap. Decent quality as well!

It was my first time going to this barbers and I was actually waiting for my dad when I decided to see if the guys would cut my hair also. Not all barbers like cutting ladies hair short but Liam didn't hesitate and gave me a great cut and complimentary hair wash! Very professional service and I'll be back for sure :)

Its a cheap haircut that's the only positive. I asked for them just to clean up the sides and to line it up, as I am trying to grow out my sides. They instead used a clipper and shaved my sides down to a 1/2 as well as back of the top of my head, now resulting in me having to restart my hair growth process as I will have to get it all chopped to even out the hair on the top.

Took my boys here this morning at 8:50am (opens at 8am). The barbers in here are very courteous and friendly. Kept asking me if i was happy with the way they were cutting the boys hair.

The time they took, and the way they made sure everything was perfect before we left was brilliant.

Their cutting of African hair left a lot to desire. Though I commend them on their blending of my hair, the fade was a lot higher than the low cut I requested and their line up of my hairline has meant that my hairline will grow back shaggy.

A great short term solution but the long term ramifications just aren't worth it.

I've had a nice experience at the Menkind barbers at Oadby. Friendly staff and good atmosphere with a clean place. Also reasonable rates which is why i can say it is preferable for students.
