Was a 5* until my last visit where I was waiting over an hour for 1 hair cut to finish because he kept getting distracted and then was left alone while he went out for a cigarette and was told on his return he'd be shaving someone elses beard who had just turned up and was clearly friends before my hair cut. So unhappy i actually walked out. Usually friendly if sometimes awkward service with great barbering butbi wont be back after what i felt was disrespectful behaviour
