The Barber Shop

I currently shave my head so not been here for a while but when I used need a haircut I would always go here. Always a great cut reasonably priced by friendly staff. When in the future I get tired of shaving my head every morning I'll definitely revisit here ✂️

The lady seemed like she gambled with what I asked for, not knowing full well what I wanted. Completely rushed on my requested fade and fringe, literally chatting to another member of staff BEHIND HER whilst cutting it 'straight'. Oh and I'm currently typing this at home & my hair is still wet.

This Barbers is the worst in Salisbury!! I asked for a haircut according to the photo on my phone & the dummy didn't even have the decency to be patient with me but said that if I did not find it he would serve another customer!! I have very serious mental health problems & Asperger syndrome so as a vulnerable adult this was very very distressing to me!! Naturally I will be going in to complain to the manager about the appalling treatment of a customer of many years & I have decided that I will NEVER go into this shop for a haircut again!! I have decided to take my service elsewhere & go to Toni & Guy & it was a complete contrast, they were lovely & very understanding I very much look👀 forward to good customer service, it will be "the best, why do I need the rest??!!"

Brilliant to see them barbering again. Excellent haircut. Like always, the banter is fun but also therapeutic.
