The Complete Barber Shop

I've been going here for years. Roberto is too busy building his barber shop empire so you mostly get East Europeans however like most Easterners, they work hard and with skill. The barbers seem to change regularly but never had a bad haircut. Good value too. It's nice to be able to park outside the door.

Been getting my hair cut here for 9 months now and I can’t fault it. Great prices and barbers that actually know what they are talking about. The staff have a personal touch with is also great.

Very poor attitude. I haven’t used the service because as I arrived on a dark wet Saturday afternoon I was met with rudeness and sarcasm when I enquired if they would give my son a haircut. They were about to close, and did not want to accept any more customers (despite an illuminated sign saying ‘open late’) I asked if there were any other barber shops open locally that they could suggest and was told with a smirk that they all close at three because ‘we’ve got lives’. I easily found another barber in Redhill (none of the first five listed on Google close at 3pm) and with a friendly smile and excellent customer service he gave my son a quick haircut despite it being 4.30 on a Saturday.

Really decent hair cut. I have a usual barber but needed a last minute cut when they weren't open and they sorted me out here. Listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Quite friendly too.

My only criticism is the beard trim. If you're charging £8 on top of the hair cut cost, I expect a pro beard trim and that's not what I got. I had to go home and fix it for myself. I'd go back but wouldn't pay for any beard work again.

Been using them for the past few months, very happy with the service, Carlos (Charles) is amazingly quick and efficient. I am very picky when it comes to barbers, very happy to have found them. Always leave with a smile on my face. Thank you Charles

I was disappointed with the result. I rarely give bad reviews, but the barber cut my face up pretty badly and my skin was red from the clippers.

I asked for a tidy up of the beard, but they hacked it right back, and changed the style. If you go, be VERY explicit about what you want.

They're directly next to the station, they were able to see me as a walk-in and have me completely sorted within ~15mins (in time for my train), and despite me not really knowing what I wanted I've come out with a great haircut! Absolutely recommend!

Popped in yesterday to get a cut, was met by a lady and man who just stared at me, no greeting. I asked if i cold get a cut to which the reply was "have you got an appointment?" (Not a sole in the shop and sign says walk in welcome) i said no and could i just get a cut. The man replied he had an appointment in half hour so can't do. I just said no thanks and left. made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. Won't be returning.
