Brilliant service. The attention to detail that he pays, its amazing. I have tried many barbers in carious cities and overseas however the best so far. Brilliant price as well.

I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a local barber that me and my 18month old son could use on a regular basis.
I walked into the store carrying my 18month old son and could see that there was one customer sat waiting so as I went to sit down the Barber shouted “have you booked!” I turned around to see who he was shouting at and said “no I haven’t booked” I have never booked before so I was unaware that it only booking and not a walk in barbers. He dismissively said “it can’t be done” as he continued to cut hair and not look at me, no hello sure or a simple hi just rudely spoken to. He then said is it just him (pointing at my son) I said yes, then he repeated that it can’t be done. I left the shop absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to. I went to my old barbers in Chorley and was welcomed into the store and they delivered not only a great hair cut for my son but they was polite and very kind towards my son. This Ciyani could have two loyal customers but I will refuse to go back into that barbers, he could do with a lesson in customer service also.

I have just seen your replay, I came in on Sunday to your shop and I have never been spoken to like that before in any barbers that I have walked into for the first time. I’ve no doubt you are a talented barber but I’m not being spoken to like that while I’m carrying my 18month old son! So go back on your CCTV on Sunday and you will see me!

Been going to ciyani for a good few years now. I always have a haircut and beard trim. His attention to detail is unlike any other barber I've ever been to, I'd never go anywhere else now. Simply the best.

Amazing hair cut every time, attention to detail is amazing. Never disappointed. Polite. Great fades. Shop working on appointment system, booking better early in the morning. Busy shop

VERY Disappointed!
Walked in to get my sons hair cut (it would have taken less than 10mins), there was one customer in the chair and no-one else, I was told that they where fully booked (who has time to book a barber appointment now a days). Very unprofessional and will definitely not be using again, would strongly not recommend.

I always go to this barbers, fantastic service and attention to detail on my skin fade is perfect.

Works by appointment and its super easy to book with him, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ciyani has cut my hair for nearly 10 years, have always been happy with the cut, he's always friendly and takes pride in his work. The barbers is always clean and tidy!

Excellent service, Ciyani always goes the extra mile to give you the hair cut you want... pleasant and helpful always... nice to have a 'Genuine Turkish Barber' in the area.
