Barbers Yard London

Went in with my son to have his hair cut. Waited almost an hour. In walks another Bengali man who asked if he can be served. I heard conversation and the man was told he doesn’t have booking so he has to wait.
They talked and he was allowed to jump the queue. When I questioned how he can get served after we waited we was told he had booking! I told them I heard their conversation! Blatant lies and being served because his bangali.

This is shameful! My son was very UPSET. Won’t ever go back there again

My child's first time hair trimmer was Sam! Till this day we have stayed loyal to our barber! A barber that is on Point!! Everytime a new pattern without a thought! Polite staff with great atmosphere.

Gave me appointment at 11am at 12.15pm was still closed!!! More than an hour lost for their incompetence!!
