Gould Barbers Hatfield

I’ve been going to this barbers for a few years now. They’ve had a revolving door of staff members during that time. I need to say Matt who has been working there for the last few months and been cutting my hair in that time is really a stand out! Excellent service from him every time, great cut and banter. Who ever is in charge of this store needs to do what they can to keep him.

Took my 10 year old grandson for a haircut today. Excellent friendly customer service. He really took time to ask what we wanted as a cut and did exactly as we asked. Great haircut, customer service and value.

Took my 4 year old son here for his first haircut in a barbers. Not only was the haircut great, but the way they treated him, knowing he was nervous was exceptional! Highly recommend!!

My son and I have been coming to see John for the last year or so. He’s absolutely first class as a barber and has regularly gone the extra mile to come up with creative ways to make sure we get what we’d like for our hair. He really does care about his work. His demeanour and personality is excellent and he treats my son like he’s the client, asking him the questions about his hair - rather than asking me as the parent (he always discreetly checks with me first though in case the request might not school-friendly!) When I go to see John myself it’s always something to look forward to as the conversation is great too. I would highly recommend John for adult or child cuts. Thanks John for making it really worth while each time we come to see you.
