I had my worst experience ever in this barber shop.
I called them on Wednesday to book a slot for a blow dry on Sunday. I asked them if they could do a blow dry for me as I had an event going on on Sunday. The guy (Imran) told me they would be able to do it and I would get one of my cheapest experiences ever. All fine. Till I went in on Sunday and the guy there ( I assume Imran himself) was ther and I told him I was there for a blow dry and if he could do it. He said yes confidently adding that there was another lady booked for the same thing before me but she had not showed up. I kinda knew something was wrong there and was suspicious. Any way, I sat down for the blow dry, he just combed my hair and kept asking if I wanted to have my hair cut. I kept saying no but he still kept playing with my hair and was clueless. He brushed my hair and asked me if I had hair sprays or iron to go home and straighten my hair myself. 😳😳😳how horrible! I ended up going home and straighten my hair with my iron. They destroyed my whole day!!!!! I literally left the shop being so angry esp for my wasted time and the lie they told me.

I just want you to know if you can’t do something, just say you can’t. That’s it. DO NOT WASTE people’s time.

How horrible everything was. Be careful people!!! Avoid them. They don’t know what they can do. I wish I could give them zero star.

Horrible place and barbers.. Absolutely avoid at all costs... even if you are promised a free cut.. its not worth it.. they dont know what they are doing.. the guys hands were trembling with scissors in his hand and then a supposedly more experience guy totally ruined it.....

Had my first haircut today here and the cut was amazing! Friendly, great service and helped me out with a hair issue I had 2 hours before a date! Thanks pal!

Honestly this place is brilliant .. all the staff are so friendly and always get asked if I want tea or coffee before we start .. thank you for a wonderful service .. been coming here for over 15 years and woudnt go anywhere else .. the hairstyles you get is the same as professional

Moved to Canary Wharf area and was struggling to find a reasonably priced barbers. Found this place a short walk away and have been coming every 2 weeks. Great clipper work, great skin fade every time. Value for money and good service

Reasonably priced barbers, the staff are always friendly and professional. Emran, Abdu and Dennis are three who I have had a great experience with, and always happy with the results
