Everything was fine until they charged me an extra £3.50 at the till because my son had "longer than average hair" - Sorry, but a haircut is a haircut, you didn't have to cut more hair just because it was long. And i would have walked out had you informed us beforehand. Our family will not be back. Will be taking advice from ASA about this.

Have used these guys for years and always been happy with the haircut and the chair side chat! Go early on Saturdays to avoid a short wait. 👍
