I have been getting my hair cut at International Barbers by Robi for over a year now whilst attending the university.
The cuts are always of the highest standard as is the service. The best place to get your haircut in Exeter.

A great cut every time. I go out of my way to come here.

Doesn't have the stupid decorations that are now in barbershops everywhere, or loud music either, which is a bonus.
