Excellent barbers. The guys are good for a laugh but professional and very good at what they do. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service and you even have the bonus of it being a licensed bar so you can enjoy a beer whilst having a trim. Highly recommended!

I was on the lookout for a new barbers and JG Barbers was recommended by a colleague. The place is impressive and the beer fantastic! It has a no expense spared decor and a premium experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair cut now. They recommended a hair product suitable for my hair and style and it is the best hair product I have used. Highly recommend!

Amazing!! I find not having to wait for an appointment so convenient, I just go to the website and book. So easy. Staff are very friendly, Elliot is just lovely, I could not get an appointment online once so I called them up and he fitted my son in. Also it’s a great atmosphere inside, love the decor of the place. Very original.

It is a great barber, I have had Joey and always go with Elliot now. He is very knowledgeable about beer and always gives good suggestions . So the barbers and beer shop is great. They have events every month and it is really good. If you are looking for a good hair\beard cut or a craft beer it is the place to go. I go for the hair and beer cut which is £26 with a beer, which For the service you get I think it is really good. It is a great place to go.

I can’t recommend this place enough for a beard trim. The Barber (Elliot) asked me a few questions about what I wanted doing and straight away he put me at ease with his knowledge and understanding of the “look” I was trying to achieve with my beard and kept me informed throughout the process to ensure not too much was taken off at any one time or that the general style I was hoping to achieve was still understood by him.
Being such a chill dude and the atmosphere being incredibly welcoming I will be sure to come back again and would happily recommend the journey (no matter how far) to experience what I have today. You’ll sure to be in capable hands and walk out as happy as I am as a new customer.

I've been using JG as my barbers for a few years now and I finally understand why women get their hair done for recreation. Getting my hair cut here always provides a much needed moment of RnR, thanks for the friendliness of the staff (Joey sorts me out but all the lads there are quality), the atmosphere, the drinks, the beer fridge. I used to see getting my hair cut as a chore but now it's always something I look forward too. El and Danny have an enthusiasm and vision for their brand which really provides for a great customer experience. Keep smashing it lads! Best barbers in the East Midlands by a million miles.
