PLEASE AVOID AT ANY COST !!!

Absolute disaster!!! Unfortunately I had experience with this absurd place some time ago. Customer service here doesn’t exist, they will get you into property which is on the edge with legal requirements and whenever there is maintenance issue they will ignore you.

In my case, I was forced to stay in property with no hot water for 2 months during freezing cold winter. There was absolutely no response or will to fix this issue from their side.

In the end they will try to steal all your deposit with absolutely no explanation! I can imagine this works very well with students in this city.

The only help you get is through CITY COUNCIL, it will take bit time and legwork but it is worth it!!
You will find in city council that there was plenty of legal actions against this business in history.

Looks like this place full of fools is just one big money laundering business which is not even trying to hide its real transactions!

Absolutely horrific estate agents *AVOID AT ALL COSTS*

It all started out at the start of the tenancy agreement they act all sweet, promising things will be amended on the property yet when it comes to after you have paid the deposit and moved in they say they have no idea what you are talking about and it will not be fixed. Charging you for call outs when it is THEIR fault. Furthermore, they have extortionate charges off peoples deposits for no valid reason, will make things up and say this was broken etc. etc. to try and keep all of your deposit.

10 months now and we are still waiting for our deposit back..

Absolute con of an estate agent and should be shut down.

They have removed their previous reviews off google reviews, for that I am not surprised as their previous reviews were averaging 1 star. Check out their profile on ‘allagents’ to get an in-depth review of their on-going scams.

This is the worst letting agency in Oxford. Terrible properties, terrible service and maintenance of their property’s. Also they try to squeeze every penny out of you so stand your ground if they try to rip you off.

Absolute scam agents, do not use no matter how good it seems.

STAY AWAY FROM ENFIELDS AT ALL COSTS! YOU WILL END UP BEING SCAMMED FOR YOUR DEPOSIT AND YOUR RENT WITH EXTRA FAKE CHARGES ADDED ON TO YOUR BILL
