Bugsys Gentlemans Barber

Me and my son visited for the first time and we both enjoyed our experience. We had the Gentleman and his son cut and it was grand. It's hard to get my son (who is 4) to leave the house for a hair cut but he is really looking forward to the next time. The shop has character and we didn't feel as if we were in what I can only described as a supermarket saloon. Being lead like sheep. Well done and I recommend you visit.

I usually look at getting my hair cut as something I have to do rather than something I look forward too. Sitting, waiting to be called to the chair before I look at my watch and realize I need to be back at work in 10 minutes. So I was very surprised at how easy it was to book at appointment online at bugsys. Upon entering the barbershop I was greeted with a smile by staff who were very well presented and clearly took pride in their work and their working environment. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the subtle music playing in the background really added to the authentic barbershop experience. The hair cut itself was not rushed and I felt as though the barber really cared about my hair and how happy i was with the finish. This will now become my local go to place as it makes the whole 'chore' of getting my hair cut an enjoyable experience. Cannot rate this place highly enough, thoroughly recommended.

This is one of the finest salon i would say My kid who was 15m+ was taken for d first time there & d patience d barber delivered was priceless. Really got to salute him for treating us with so much comfort & yeah always he carries a good smile.. Now even today i went but my son gave us no luck to finish d cut & thereby we decided to stop & check in someother day
., though i persisted to make a payment, d barber was reluctant to accept even a single penny., strongly appreciate his dedication & d way he treats his customers.

Went in for my first cut since lockdown and couldn't be more happy. Booked a few hours in advance over the phone. The place was very clean and sanitary and masks worn at all times. Big thanks for sorting my hair out, feel fresh again. Great service, highly recommended.

Great service as always at Bugsys, the booking system is great so there is no waiting times, never feel rushed when visiting and always come away with a decent fresh cut. most recently Marrisa was great, really chatty and welcoming, the kind of service that keeps you coming back

Very disappointed. We arrived 9 minutes late due to traffic to a 30 minute appointment for my four year old to be turned away. Reason being the next client was arriving in 10 minutes (so we had only been allocated 20 minutes not 30) Arrived home to an email saying we had to pay a fine if we wanted to re-book. Fair to say we won't be rebooking. Used to love the atmosphere here and always felt welcome but not the same anymore.

As a customer with scalp psoriasis, trying to find a new barber can be a nightmare!

I am pleased to say that the proffesional staff at Bugsy's made the experience pleasant and took much of the stress and anxiety away.
