Lovely barber shop and Steve was really patient and kind to my son who wriggles and moves a lot.

Steve is a great barber. welcoming and friendly. His shop is really interesting. Steve is really chatty and has made my autistic son feel really comfortable.

We came in this afternoon with my 3year old son who is very anxious around people. He has resisted having his haircut for around six months and was looking quite shabby(due to only getting half an haircut in town previously). Steve was awesome! We didn't think we'd get Heath's haircut but I was gobsmacked about how patient and at ease Steve was. Highly recommend this place if your child is nervous, the shop is fantastic and the atmospheres great! Definitely glad thre other place was full. Thanks again!! Booking on the nearcut app is a breeze!!

Got an appointment for my 6 year old at very short notice. Explained that my son was scared of the barbers and hadn't been in 3 years. Steve was so kind and patient with him. Got the haircut finished and by the end my son didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Always good to see Steve! He's amazing with our son who can have sensory overloads which can make him quite tricky to cut.✌👍
