Found this place abut half a year ago and have been going there ever since. Everyone is really friendly and the service is amazing.

They offer free drinks while you wait ranging from coke to beer. There is also an Xbox there for you or your children to play on while they wait.

Everyone there knows what they are doing and give great haircuts that match your request.

Really professional. Booking online was really easy and worked well. Coronavirus restrictions were put into place well here which was comforting. Erika was really friendly and my hair post lockdown now looks great! Will be making this my new regular barbers.

Went in and asked for an appointment, the one man was cutting hair and the other guy was doing nothing, he asked the guy do you fancy doing this, he said ahhh I could do I guess, the one cutting hair then turned to me and said first appointment is tomorrow, shocking customer service,we will never return so that is 3 regular customers they have lost out on!

Sadly, I stopped coming to Penarth groom for men. The turnover of staff is too much, as you just can't settle there. One day I'd have a good cut, the next it'd be poor, and the next I'd have no idea who any of the staff members are. I had a few decent cuts there, but the unknowing was just too much and I'm now settled at a new barber where the same two people have been for over a year.

I had the privilege of having Martine cutting my hair today, she was very warm and welcoming, professional. 10/10 excellent as always, always recommended.

Last 2 times I've booked an appointment online, had a text message to confirm, 1st time there was no one there as they had a member of staff quit and locked the shop, 2nd time the door was unlocked but no barber for 10 minutes because she went to Greggs.
