Visited Kelvie today for the first time with my Son, Sam was so lovely and took a lot of time and care. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Kelvie Men’s Salon…. Simply amazing!!
I’ve had long hair throughout many periods of my life, but this past year was the longest it had ever been….
I knew it was time to get it cut, but the biggest question was by whom?….
So I took to the internet in search of local men’s barbers that listed long hairstyling as a service.
“Service” was the correct word, but “Incredible” would precede it….
During the search, I looked for top reviews and local proximity. I narrowed it down to a few and delved deeper with social media searches for further reviews and pictures….
With a 5 Star review rating across all platforms, I knew Kelvie Men’s Salon would be a great contender….
Everyone had only good things to say about Mark and his team. I also noticed in pictures that Mark had long hair, so I knew he would be used to managing and cutting long hair, so this swayed things for me, even though the salon was 25 miles away from where I live….
It was important to me to find the right person to work with, as I have had a bad experience or two in the past and didn’t want a repeat performance….
Decision made!!
I visited the website, filled out a contact form and voila, a reply within 24 hours. It was Mark’s sister Rachael that contacted me and she was very helpful, friendly and professional….
Appointment booked!!
As my fiancée and I pulled around the corner, we saw the salon, situated on a lively high street. At first glance, the salon looked the part….
Upon entering the salon, my first impression was right, nicely decorated, stylish and with a well thought out layout….
As soon as I stepped foot in the building the vibe felt right. Mark was there to greet me and we quickly got chatting. From the offset Mark was great. He made me a cup of coffee and we spoke about what look I wanted to achieve….
I showed him some pics of the style I was aiming for and he was confident that he could deliver. Five minutes into things I knew I had made the right choice in coming to Kelvie’s….
Mark was amazing throughout, very knowledgeable and precise. He took his time and got things right. He really paid attention to how I wanted to look and got it spot on. Mark also gave me some excellent advice on how to shape my beard and take care of my hair.
I was over the moon with the result!!
Would I recommend Mark and Kelvie Men’s Salon? Absolutely 100%!!
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars across the board, from the place to the people, to the result….

Was well looked after, Natalie discussed what I thought I needed doing to the remnants of my hair & made me look very presentable again! Good vibes, nice interaction with the staff & other customers.

One the best haircuts that I have ever had in my life so far. I got an appointment with Natalie. She is meticulous and pays a lot of attention to the details. I am delighted with the results, and I will go back again.

Kelvie is without doubt the best salon I’ve been to. The girls are friendly and knowledgable and can do wonders with my unusually thick hair! A challenge that most salons struggle with! I’ll keep returning there for as long as I can! Thanks Kelvie!
