took over an hour to cut the guy in fronts hair, spent 45 mins of that talking about football! If you are going to talk, then work at the same time! some of us are in a rush!

On Tues 8 May 18 at 1130am, went to Bagnall’s for a haircut. Guy working the second chair (smaller guy of the two) into the barbers finished his client within 5 mins and proceeded to tuck into a breakfast burger in front of all the waiting clients. The burger reeked-out the shop. To add to that, he didn’t even have the professional courtesy to let me know how long he was going to be. I waited for 10 minutes and left.

Walked into this shop on Saturday 19th October, literally just opened the door and a very rude obnoxious man abruptly told me, my sister and my small nephew that they closed at 1pm. He was so aggressive as he basically shouted at us that everyone stopped to look - I don't live in Barry so wouldn't know - rude for no reason - obnoxious and stuck up - would never recommend somewhere like this with a man there like that.
