Tony is really a friendly helpful guy and does a great cut.

The cut wasn't the worst ever, but his blades were blunt, the chair a plastic patio seat, the floor, windows and furniture covered in dust, discarded food and hair off cuts. Wires everywhere, and a strange light oil was sprayed over my head to finish, first and last time in there. All for £9

By far the worst barbers I've ever been to, LL19 Barbers on the high street or Golden Razor in Rhyl are by a long long way a better choice (Or literally any other barbers for that matter.
