I've been taking my boys here to have their hair cut ever since they were little they do a fantastic job every time. There's always a little box of children's toys out so very welcoming for kids. All the staff put the kids at ease and are very friendly. They book up quickly as it's a very popular place. Always great hair cuts never had a problem here

First time I had my hair done here and I had it done by Tom and I’m not sure but I think he is learning and fair play I won’t be letting anyone or go anywhere different to have it done

Spot on this place VERY friendly staff and VERY customer focused 10 out of 10 rating from me . I used to clip my hair myself but went for a decent hair cut before my wedding in February 2020 and was money well spent . After lock down I now go once a month to have a proper job done . Well worth a visit YOU won't be disappointed.

My Daughter wanted an Under-cut and didn't want to use a Hairdressers Salon. I was a little nervous on arrival, but ALL the staff were so lovely and they helped us feel so welcome and at home. The Stylist was amazing! My Daughter is over the moon and we will be visiting again when she needs it trimmed :) Thank you so so much all, wonderful service and amazing Stylist! :)

My Son had his regular haircut with James Beattie at The New Salon which is situated at Trago Mills Merthyr, we always use Brynmawr but as James has moved my Son refuses for any other staff members to cut his hair, wonderful welcome as always,Fabulous Service would highly recommend.
