Dappa Chaps Pencoed

Been going to this barbers for 4 months now. I would not go to any other place for a cut. The staff are amazing at their craft and they all have great rapport with the clients. A must for any gent.

Took my 11 year old son there today as his usual barbers was closed. Had to take him somewhere to get his haircut ready for start of school.

He was having his haircut with another male customer next to him swearing and telling the female barber all about his exploits the previous evening. Rather than tell him not to swear because of children present the barbers thought it was hilarious and this just encouraged him.

Got home and saw that they haven't even cut his hair properly. It wasn't blended in correctly on one side. At £10.50 for an 11 yr old, this isn't the cheapest around but for the cut he had I wouldn't have paid a pound.

Do not go if you have kids, not a very pleasant environment.
If you want a tidy cut go elsewhere and it may even be cheaper.

In summary - AWFUL. First and last time I will take my kids there.

Nice and easy booking through Booksy app. Much prefer this than the traditional turn up and wait. I hope they keep this feature post lockdown. With regards to the cut Jess done an amazing job and would highly recommend!!

Great professional barbershop and good atmosphere. They're very patient with children and my boy loves to go there and it's the only place I'd go for a cut.
