If you don't read this entire review, please at least view the photos attached, which denote an exchange between me and the business owner. If all you're looking for is a really nice cut, then I would advise going to the Barber's Arms, as it's only a few minutes up the road from this wreck of a business.

The customer service here is appauling. The business asked me to message them privately, which I did, and I attempted to sort out the situation. Instead, I was berated with insults and called a liar. There are screenshots to prove this, that are attached to this review. The barbers hardly ever give you what you ask, and they tend to go for what they feel is best suited, rather than what you want. This usually ends with customers feeling dissatisfied, going home with a look that they are less than happy with. I've also been witness to multiple accounts of customers walking out after sitting inside for over half an hour waiting to be talked to (the worst I've seen is five customers at once), only to be told that they aren't taking walk-ins that day. The establishment does advertise that they are "primarily a walk-in barbershop", but waiting for over thirty minutes to be told this is simply unacceptable, especially considering that the barbers themselves are not constantly busy working. The barbers often joke around with friends in the back, and in one instance, were so distracted by talking to an acquaintance that they literally cut into a customer's neck with a shaver. This is simply an unacceptable business practice. However, on the off-chance that you do go home with what you want, the barbers are skilled in their craft and certainly know what they're doing, even if their customer management is a bit lacking.

If you're looking for the best of the best, look
NO FURTHER

Let me tell you why. The first trim I got here was too good to be true so I held off writing a review straight away. A year later and I can honestly say, with no exaggeration that Imad is the best barber I have ever had. Where do I start, maybe the precision or attention to detail and consistency. He really listens to you and does exactly what you tell him to and if you leave it up to him, you'll be in the best of hands. His extreme dedication to providing nothing short of the best service is so obviously displayed through his constant innovation. Having gone to a lot of the big names is Swansea before Trimology nothing even comes close. The new online booking system is also so convenient.

Gave this place a few attempts and really disappointed so moved on. Booked an appointment with a barber via the website, when I arrived I was weirdly being watched by another barber while the main guy cut my hair, they just stood there holding a hair dryer on my face, this was really uncomfortable as they were stood in front of me. Due to a child screaming their head off in the shop, my barber (the one I booked with) switched with someone else MID CUT and then switched back 5 mins later… so I ended up having three barbers give me one hair cut.

The cut wasn’t great but also wasn’t terrible, and for the sake of convenience, I gave them another go.

On my 2nd visit, again booked via the website, the shop was quiet and only 1 barber cutting my hair this time, however he decided it would be a good idea to start making phone calls during my cut (one hand on the phone, one hand on the clippers). Just so rude and quite an awkward environment to be in. I had a skin fade and trim on too completed from start to finish (with one hand) in no more than 15 minutes, unlike most industries, this is not a compliment. On this occasion the haircut was terrible and I immediately drove to another barber to fix it. Won’t be back. Great for convenience if you have a very simple cut and care very little about customer service, however most should be looking elsewhere these days.

Polite and thorough. I would recommend this barbers to anyone. I would recommend that you book prior as it can get quite busy with walk ins.

Great job, explained the cut all the way through, my idea wasn't quite right so he got it as close as possible and showed me how to style it. EDIT: Been going regular since, the guys and girl are great, love chatting to them.

Visited the branch on llangyfelach road and was seen by a young person who proceeded to give me a cut that I didn’t want. I asked for a low skin fade and got a really high one where is it higher on the left than the right. Another barber had to come over and take over to try and correct it. However when it came to pay the guy in charge apologised and charged me £10 included the beard shape up which was also slightly uneven and higher than two fingers from my Adam’s apple. Was looking forward to having an award winning haircut but left disappointed and unhappy.
