I've just got in touch with this company again as they put in a beautiful new bathroom a couple of years ago and I now need a new kitchen. The bathroom job went really well - I went on holiday and left the keys (I knew they would be trustworthy) and when I came home I had my lovely new bathroom. No mess, no fuss and at a good price. I'm really looking forward to my new kitchen in the confidence that there will be fitters who turn up when they say they are going to and do a good professional job! Thanks KBC - looking forward to my kitchen! (will post photos when completed).

Amazing service and an even better product.

I've just had my ensuite competed by KBC and I'm extremely impressed with the result. I found the whole process to be very stress-free: the sales team were very friendly and honest, advising me on what would be best for my tiny ensuite rather than just trying to upsell the most expensive products. The fitters arrived on time and worked really hard to get the bathroom fitted within my timeframe and every day they left the place clean and tidy (an essential with a toddler around!).

I'm actually looking to get my kitchen renovated through KBC now because I know I can trust them to do the best job.

I recently had a new Kitchen and Bathroom fitted and installed from Kitchen and Bathroom Creations - The whole process from start to finish was exceptional, the staff in the showroom listened to our needs (and Budget!), were kind and courteous, and worked around our time frames and availability.
The fitters arrived promptly and made sure we were kept informed at each stage of the work being carried out.
There were some unforeseen issues along the way (Always going to happen when you are undertaking pretty major work on your home!) but the fitting team always made sure we were informed of these, and were quick to find a resolution!

KBC have recently undertaken a complete refurbishment of my kitchen and well what can I say other than thank-you for the wonderful job you have completed. From initial enquiry, to fitting my fantastic new kitchen you have exceeded my expectations at every turn, so much so that I am now in discussions to renovate both my main bathroom and en-suite. Thanks to all I have had the pleasure of coming into contact with at your company and I look forward to continuing to work with you over the next few months.

Really poor service, they have made a mess of our en-suite when they did a complete refit in May 2021. We had issues within days of so called completion, when they were raised to the Hinckley they didn’t want to know and passed to their head office. I was told arrange resolve the fitting issues directly with the fitter even though I was told that it the whole refit would be managed by KBC. Since the completion we have had a leaking tap and the shower has leaked twice. More recently the flooring planks have now got noticeable gaps between which I believe is a result of poor fitting and there is now another leak from the shower which appears to be becoming from the tray. I would avoid this company. Poor fitting and poor customer service.

We have just had a bathroom renovated Steve at the Hinckley branch was brilliant in aiding us with are choice’s when the fitter’s arrived they were very professional clean and tidy we had one small snag after the work was completed the head office had no problem sending someone back around to resolve the very same day if I could rate the company 10 stars I would we couldn’t be happier thanks to all the team highly recommend

Many thanks to Steve Randell and KBC for a first class remodelling of our bathroom. Great design and a lot of hard work have given us a wonderful new bathroom. Steve - you’re a true professional and we really appreciate the extra effort you made to get the details right and to cover all the angles in this complex change. You’re a credit to KBC. Absolutely delighted with the result.
