We own a guest house and Lakeland Bathrooms replaced 3 of our en-suite bathrooms. We are absolutely delighted with the product quality and service we received. Liz in the office walked us through the quote line by line. Simon and the installation team were extremely efficient and a pleasure to have in the building. Simon gave us an update every evening before the teams left. We requested a couple of additional items post installation which were dealt with promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Lakeland installed a shower and flooring in my elderly mother’s bathroom because she could no longer use her bath due to dementia and bad knees. The sales advice and the finished job were very good and we paid in full immediately afterwards. Then my mother’s toilet wouldn’t flush properly because it was backing up with dirty water. Lakeland said it would be nothing to do with their job. Dyno-Rod said a siphonic system pipe had been broken when the toilet was removed to fit the flooring which ought to have been fixed when the toilet was put back as it would or should have been noticed but instead the toilet was just put back broken. I asked Lakeland twice if they agreed or disagreed with this but they didn’t reply. So in our experience very good sales and finished job but poor after-service.
