Bathrooms At Source

Bathrooms at Source was recommended to us when we had our loft converted in January 2020. From the moment we walked into the shop Terry, Tammy and the rest of the team were friendly, available, and extremely helpful. We chose the style we liked, and Tammy pulled together different designs based on price bracket options. Being a local family business, we received great customer service throughout and will be going back when the next bathroom gets done! We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a new bathroom. Excellent, friendly, independent family run business, who offer competitive prices and superior knowledge when compared to larger chain stores. They had a problem sourcing the cloakroom basins I required due to Covid, so I chose a different product, which they weren't happy supplying to me as they felt it was an inferior product. Ended up supplying a superior, considerably more expensive product for the same price as the original products I chose. Great service, the kind you only get from small businesses. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I've used bathrooms at source twice now and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Rachael in particular has been so incredibly helpful from the start of the bathroom design process through to the execution. She helped me design the bathroom and did not mind one bit when I kept constantly changing my mind and was indecisive. She answered all of my questions quickly and gave me confidence in my choices. The delivery team are also quick and efficient. I've ended up with two bathrooms now I am totally delighted with. Would happily recommend them to family and friends.

We bought all our bathroom items from Bathrooms at Source for a big refurb. Tammy who helped us with sourcing all the items was absolutely brilliant. Everything was perfectly thought out, they delivered when they said the would, and the product quality is exceptional and good value. A very good experience from start to finish. We are thrilled with the results of our B@S bathroom renovation. They have transformed our poorly laid out and leaky loft shower room into a stunning and functional bathroom.
From our first design meeting with Laura and then our more detailed site planning and product scoping meeting with Terry getting the ball rolling was very easy. The team were able to translate our vision and suggest good quality and appropriately priced products that worked together.
We decided to wait for one of the B@S fitters rather than use our own builder and it was definitely worth it. Szymon was amazing, he was tidy and conscientious, worked with us to agree all the details on site and the level of finish is excellent. Terry provided oversight for the project so everything ran very smoothly (despite Covid and Brexit throwing up some curve balls!)

Excellent service. I ordered a Saneux WC and it arrived quickly and well packaged. The price was also very competitive.
Unfortunately I had to return it as my plumber advised I needed a different outlet. I thought it would be a nightmare but the returns policy was very simple and they even helped arrange the courier. Was processed quickly with no hassle. Excellent communication which was an unexpected surprise from an online purchase!

Tammy at Bathrooms at Source was just fantastic and really went out of her way to help me find a replacement plug for my bath. I am so grateful because this was something that could have taken weeks but it only took a few days to organise. thank you tammy!
