Purely Simply Lovely

My new home in Lancaster needed some TLC as it had been sad and neglected for some time. I needed to find some special people to add their creative skills and product knowledge to my ideas to bring it back to life again. I did not need to look far. About a hundred yards in fact.

The delightful Carli and Carrie used some clever technology to help me envisage the choice of designs they came up with having visited my house first to see it for themselves and take measurements. Nothing was too much trouble, including changing plans to accommodate my penchant for buying British-made products where possible.

The result; a house transformed by two lovely bedrooms and a kitchen designed with care and installed with skill by Brian the brilliant joiner.

Purely Simply Lovely; purely, simply, brilliant.

What an absolutely brilliant company to deal with. They go the extra mile, their customer service is great and the staff are friendly and knowledgable. We’ve had problems with bathroom fitters and plumbers in the last but Purely bathrooms have put our minds at rest. The products are high quality and when it comes time to modernise our kitchen we’ll be back! Thank you.

I only stumbled upon Purely SImply Lovely because I felt stuck for somewhere else to look for a kitchen. A friend suggested this company, until then I’d never even heard of them.

An initial visit uncovered a wide choice in the style of kitchen I was looking for. I’d been unable to 100% satisfy myself of this up until then and almost went with something I believed would ‘have to do’ from other companies.

Suddenly I was actually spoilt for choice at Purely SImply Lovely. Not only that, but the girls, Carli and Carrie were incredibly friendly and helpful. With their fingers firmly on the pulse of kitchen design they offered suggestions which I wouldn’t have otherwise considered or known were available and those suggestions made all the difference.

Our kitchen has evolved into something very special indeed and I got exactly the kitchen I’ve had in mind for years. I also know it will stand the test of time as I chose something I know I won’t tire of.

One of my biggest ‘wants’ was for the inside of the cabinet to be the same effect as the exterior (wood). I was beginning to think this was an impossible ask as no one was able to give me this, the best up to now from other companies was a flat colour to tone with an exterior wood effect and that was usually at an extra cost.

To my absolute delight, when our kitchen was installed, it DID have the exact same interior as the exterior, I’d expected it would just have a white interior but this particular choice of cabinet came just as I’d always wanted. I honestly couldn’t have chosen better!

The kitchen was also available for collection in the timescale they promised.

I’d highly recommend Purely SImply Lovely if you’re looking for a kitchen, without them I’d not have the kitchen I’ve always wanted.

Kevin, Dora and the rest of the family team at PSL have supplied bathrooms, cloakrooms and bedroom furniture for us in a couple of different houses over the years. PSL is a super-friendly, super-helpful family run business. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re always incredibly knowledgeable. They’ve taken care of design, supply and organised and coordinated with quality local fitters on every job. Excellent after-service too. A great company to work with. Would definitely, definitely recommend.

Thank you Dora and Kevin at Purely Simply Bathrooms and the installation team from T.Jackson’s. They have just designed and fit three bathrooms and a cloakroom for us. Absolutely beautiful job. The showroom is fabulous you’re spoilt for choice on design ideas and top quality furniture and fittings. They designed each room with fantastic attention to detail. We are really delighted with the results. Thank you all for a great job.
