Assist Plumbing and Bathrooms

Tyrone and his team provided a full plumbing and heating installation to our property and completed all work to a very high standard. Assist are a pleasure to deal with, always on time and do exactly as they say they will. I can't recommend them enough and would be happy to use them again.

We had our boiler replaced by Assist. They were really quick to come out to our house and gave us some sound advice about what types of boilers were available to us. Tyrone and his colleague were friendly yet professional, and did a fantastic job. I'd definitely recommend them. Thank you.

Assist Plumbing & Heating is an excellent company. They have installed two new boilers and thermostats at properties belonging to me and produce my annual gas safety certificates. Tyrone runs this operation extremely well. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Tyrone did a great job on our bathroom and kept us advised of every step throughout the process and how long everything would take to be completed. Service was exceptional and very reasonably priced, as such we will be contacting Tyrone to install our kitchen in the near future.

I am trying to post this for days now. I am not sure what is wrong but my review does not appear on google.
We had a bad experience with Assist. Ty is a great guy, but they weren’t on time, they asked for quite a bit more money. Quality wasn’t good and we had to pay extra on top. Also the job had gone way over the agreed deadlines and we had to remind agreed fixes and items many times even after all job wasn’t completed fully and we had to agree at the end just not to keep the job going for another one or two months.
Unfortunately I can’t recommend Assist.

Tyrone and the team were great! We wanted to choose our own bits for the bathroom and Tyrone did a fantastic job of getting these installed. Customer service was also really good - thanks Tyrone! Would definitely recommend!

Tyrone and his team did a brilliant job of completely refurbishing my bathroom (including removing a chimney breast and moving a wall to increase the length of the room). All the tradesmen I met during the process were friendly and courteous within my home. Tyrone is an excellent project manager and kept me updated with regards to all aspects of the refurb throughout. Tyrone is a very patient guy and was accommodating to my various changing requests - he goes above and beyond to ensure your vision is achieved.
Overall very pleased with the work they have done and would recommend to others :)

Ty did a full bathroom refurbishment for us and we couldn't be happier with the results of the work he did. The tiling was smooth and well done, the parts were all installed correctly and we felt he really went the extra mile with his work! Will be hiring again when we need another bathroom done and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to get a new bathroom.
