The fitter lee was polite, pleasant to have around and very reliable and trustworthy. We are delighted with the finished bathroom which he completed to a very high standard. We really appreciate his efforts.

Amazing company, extremely helpful and carried out the job to the highest standard, i have a couple of friends that had used Bathe In Safety and was recommended to use them, and we are so glad we did, our mum now has a beautiful bathroom which has been adapted to help her disabilities, she has now become very independent, and enjoys bathing once again. Their after sales service is also fantastic and they fixed a small issue quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone!

Good service from start to finish. Andy was very thorough and helpful throughout taking time to make sure he fitted everything how it was most suitable for me. There was a small leak from the shower wall but I rang the office and Andy came to fix it on the same day. I'm very pleased with my lovely new bathroom and would certainly recommend them.

My Wife and I were looking for a company that could help our dear mum who was struggling to use her poorly designed bathroom, we were recommended to use Bathe In Safety as their service apparently was the best, we contacted them and after a very helpful conversation, they arranged for a very friendly gentleman to visit the property to access our mums requirements. His was extremely professional and had some amazing ideas which they transformed into reality. Our mum has struggled for years to be confident when washing, due to the fear of falling, but know she is so happy & it is all thanks to Mike & his team. We have recommended you to a couple of family friends now who will be contacting you in the future. They not only provided an unbeatable service before hand, but also after it was complete, we have a small leak which was fixed straight away. What more can one ask for! Well done guys!!

Please avoid them all costs. Its all nice and rosy until the job is done. You better hope and pray that nothing goes wrong like it did for us and then suddenly everything turns upside down. 10 year Warranties become 1. Things yhst was promised and said becomes only a figment of your owm imagination. Please avoid at all costs

Very good ... done a brilliant job on bath room for my disabled bath put in Walk IN bath and wall panels i would recommend .... very professional company mr reid .

They don't respond to messages sent through their website, nor do they respond to messages left on their answerphone. Shocking way to run a business. Avoid if I were you.
