I hired then to fix a toilet, they could not due to it being silicone sealed together by previous plumber. They still charged me for some other work but did not reconnect the toilet soil pipe properly. I noticed a month later a leak in my kitchen ceiling from the toilet. I contacted them asking if they would be willing to fix the problem. They failed to reply, simply ghosted me. I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
