We selected Sean to refit our bathroom based on his realistic pricing, excellent reviews and above all his professional and cheerful personality.
He kept us fully informed when the work would start and arrived punctually.At the end of each day the waste was cleared away and everything was hoovered and left immaculate.
It was a pleasure to have him do our refurbishment which has left us very pleased and I will not hesitate to call on him again should I require any further work carried out.

We have just had our bathroom converted into a bathroom and utility, requiring a support beam, new partition wall, installation of all cabinetry, sanitary ware, electrics, plumbing, tiling, flooring, hanging of doors and painting. Sean did an amazing job, doing all of it himself and we are very pleased with the finished rooms. Sean was punctual, friendly, a pleasure to have in the house, despite the inevitable mess, cleared up at the end of each day and at the end of the whole job. There were a few small snagging issues and Sean was happy to come back and finish those off, even waiting to be paid until after these were finished to our satisfaction, which is now done. Thank you very much to Sean. We would have no hesitation in recommending him for any jobs.

Sean recently completed work to our cottage which included a complete strip and refit of bathroom and utility, also panelling and tiling of the front and back porches. All of the work is completed by MA Smith so no juggling of all the trades needed to get the job done. All of the work was done to the highest standard and we are so pleased with the finished project. I would not hesitate to recommend Sean to anyone.

Sean (MA Smith Bathrooms and Kitchens) replaced out family bathroom and en-suite for us, including design, fitting, tiling, electrical work, and plumbing. Every effort was made to minimise the amount of mess and disruption during the work with our property left clean and tidy every evening. Sean completed a kitchen and utility remodel, new downstairs cloakroom and underfloor-heated tiling throughout for us in March-April 2021. I cannot fault anything about his service, he was adaptable and fully transparent at all times and did everything he could do make the project less stressful for us. In general he was such a pleasant person to have around and is skilled at so many different disciplines (plastering, plumbing, electrics, tiling, etc) that he does the work of 3 of 4 tradespeople which is a huge efficiency all round. For the service and level of finish achieved in our home I was only too happy to pay what Sean quoted and I would use him again and recommend him without hesitation. I have to say I will miss his singing and his many stories!! :)

If you are reading this and wondering whether to get in contact with MA Smith then my advice would be don't hesitate, Sean renovated our bathroom and was very skilled across all the trades, he approaches any problems with a very 'can do' attitude, the result is it all looks fantastic and we are really pleased.
