Delighted with finished bathroom with wet-room/walk in shower and slipper bath, lovely colours, great quality chrome fittings and contrasting tiles chosen. Very individual detail in shelves and LED lighting and the two different mosaics finish it off by bringing all the colours together. Lovely bright bathroom or mood lit by LED's on separate switch, stunning! Big job but great service, great workmanship and nothing was too much trouble. 5 star's not enough, highly recommend these guys.

Our bathroom was recently upgraded by Affect Ability and the transformation was all (and more) that we could have wished for. From the outset, we were very impressed by the professionalism and competence demonstrated by Ross and his team. Ross closely supervised all aspects of the work undertaken and ensured that we were kept advised of progress and acted immediately on any requests or minor design adjustments we occasionally made.
He constantly took action to ensure that the working areas were kept clean and tidy.

As with all jobs there's always the unexpected. Ross and his team were so patient and diligent in working through several additional problems, producing a well-executed couple of wetrooms and associated remodelling works ready for both my parents to move in. On time. On budget. Brilliant.

Ross and it's team are probably the most professionals and creative bathrooms fitters I have ever seen. I had 2 bathrooms (1 master and 1 ensuite) to renovate in a recently purchased flat in Cardiff, and they took the challenge. Ross prepped everything beforehand, offered me a nice range of materials that are very high end and qualitative. It took them less than a month to finish the 2 bathrooms.

I also asked Ross some additional painting services that were done by it's professional painter who did a fantastic job for both the bathrooms and the rest of the flat.

I had to move abroad for a couple of weeks whilst they were working, and they carried out the work as expected, updating me regularly. And the result was there when i came back, no nasty surprise! And a very warm and nice team, always available and who helped me with some fixtures and other bits and bobs in the flat.

I 100% recommend Ross if you are after a specialist who understands it's clients and who pays attention to creativity and details, you won't regret it!

Affect ability have recently transformed our en-suite into a wet room. Despite a number of other company’s expressing their reluctance to make these adaptions, Ross and the team were happy to accept our requests.
The over all adaption and high end finish performed by the team has given my wife her independence back. Ross was extremely supportive in all aspects of the transformation and nothing was too much trouble.
