The Cheshunt Bathroom Centre

Have just had our bathroom re-fitted with this company after using them 15 years ago. From the very start with Ian in the showroom giving lots of helpful advice (never faltering when I asked a million questions and changed my mind umpteen times), to the guy that came to fit a couple of baskets a few days after the finish - everyone was absolutely fantastic!
John and Sam worked like trojans - laying plastic across the carpets, constantly hoovering, keeping everything on track as well as being polite, courteous, friendly and offering advice. Our re-fit looks absolutely fantastic.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

We’ve been so impressed with CBC. Ian & John are so easy to deal with, they worked with us not for us, and have been so communicative from the start. When they offer you a 2 hr appointment, if like us you think that’s too long, it isn’t. It flew by. They really know their stuff and we couldn’t be happier with our bathroom and could’ve done it without them. We mostly bought cross water from them, as the quality is second to none. Ian was our main contact, but we dealt with John too, who also delivered lots of what we ordered. Both are great and will help you create your dream bathroom. See our pics. We used Geoff & Albert Wilkinson who are local fitters, and well known to CBC and recommended CBC to us. We found Geoff & Albert through one of our neighbours.

From the minute I walked into the showroom, I knew I had found the company to install my new ensuite. Ian was brilliant - so patient and tolerant of all my questions! John, who surveyed my ensuite, was so helpful and knowledgable and gave me wonderful advice. John (plumber John) and his assistant, Ali, were a pleasure to have in my home. In fact, we did not know they were even here! The level of professionalism was amazing! and rare to find. Now complete, my new ensuite is just wonderful and has far exceeded my expectations. I am totally thrilled. I cannot recommend Cheshunt Bathroom Centre enough. If you want excellent service and a brilliant result - this is the company for you.

In June 2022, cheshunt bathroom redesigned and fitted my dream bathroom. Ian, in the showroom was always there to answer my questions, ( even when I just showed up and didn’t have an appointment) 🙈 we are so impressed with the professionalism of every member of staff. John who originally came into our home and helped with what would fit and what wouldn’t etc. John and Ali were fantastic, as I was recovering from an operation, they arrived every morning on time and got on with the job, John, bless him, took pictures of the process so I didn’t have to keep walking up and down the stairs. I don’t know the name of the Electrican, but I was told by John, electrician is finished today . What a fantastic team. We are delighted with our bathroom and we are so glad we listened to there advice, what would work well and suit etc.
We cannot speak highly enough of Cheshunt Bathroom, the attention to detail, beyond our expectations, wonderful team. We highly recommend you to friends, family and anyone that is thinking of a new bathroom.

We used CBC in September 2022 to create a new en-suite bathroom. They are fantastic and John and the whole team were so professional and approachable. The communication between all the function as project managed by John was great and I knew what was happening every step of the way. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who wants a personal, reliable, efficient, expert, top class service. 5 stars. Thank you John & CBC.

We’d had several personal recommendations for this local firm and they ticked all the boxes. Every aspect of the service/work was excellent and our new bathroom looks fantastic. Ian and John in the showroom gave valuable, patient advice about products and options over several visits. Fitters John and Sam did a faultless job, which was a lot more work than anticipated, once the floor was up. The plasterers straightened up a curved ceiling with wonky walls and the tiling work was perfect. The suite and furniture is all high quality and good value - decent trade discounts were passed on. There was no mess at the end of each day, the temp floor protection was mopped with disinfectant daily and COVID protection measures observed at all times. Top marks in all areas - we would recommend Cheshunt Bathrooms to anyone looking for high quality, rather than just the cheapest price.

I would recommend cheshunt bathrooms wholeheartedly,with a special thanks to John the plumber ably assisted by Sam. Nothing was too much trouble from day one, laying plastic to protect the carpets and vacuuming and washing all work areas.They explained everything in detail and John left his number In case of problems.
John and Sam are a credit to Cheshunt Bathrooms as well as their work colleagues,
Scott the tiler ,Dan the electrician and the plasterer whose name escapes me

This is the second time we've used Cheshunt Bathrooms and we are not disappointed . The standard of work performed by John and Ali was superb - attention to detail and their personable manner ensured that the whole project ran smoothly
Also a mention for Ian and John W in the showroom who showed endless patience as always with Mrs W's constant indecision
