Splashout Fitted Bathrooms

My husband and I were toying with the idea of buying a hot tub as he has really bad back problems and we have been advised that hot tubs and spas can really help to ease muscle pains etc. When we arrived we were greeted by a really friendly member of staff who talked us through the different types of hot tubs and spas. We were pleasantly surprised with the prices which were far cheaper than other hot tub showrooms we had been to, and will be putting in an order for a hot tub next month. Thank you Splash out for all of your help we really appreciate it and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a hot tub.

‘I don’t often write reviews but after reading the one star comment below I was quite shocked to find that someone could be so nasty towards the two very nice owners, clearly the author has some personal issues. Contrary to this rather nasty and negative review I would urge people to focus on all the positive comments in other reviews. We can only add that we had Splashout fit us a new bathroom about nine month ago and the owners Tony and Sue were very attentive to our needs, they were competitively priced and completed the job in the agreed time scale to a very high standard. We were extremely pleased with the whole service and experience, so much so they have just done another small job for us and again nothing was considered to be too much trouble. We can’t thank

I am totally bemused to see a one star review! From our experience I would give them 6 stars if I could! We tried a few bathroom places and chose Splashout because they were by far the most helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble to make sure it was what we wanted. In fact, Splashout gave us some of the best service we have ever received. The quality of the fitting was excellent. The workmen were warm, friendly, tidy and easy to have in the house. We are absolutely delighted with our bathroom, and Splashout will be the first people we call in future. I genuinely can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely terrible service! The new owners are unbearable mainly the husband, they seem to have no care or consideration for customers new or old and they judge based on face value an treat you accordingly which is highly amusing as its this “type” i would advise people to avoid. I would highly recommend people avoid this company at all costs as there are many better for bathrooms/kitchens and Hottubs. Such a shame as the previous owners were very helpful and i spent alot of money there.......

After turning to Splashout in our hour of need we cannot praise them enough for the service we received from start to finish , from quote to completion was less than two weeks, which considering we’d been waiting two months for someone else to even start is pretty impressive. The service and care we received in the showroom was first class and the fitter Mike is a credit to tradesmen everywhere - his knowledge , professionalism , attention to detail and standard of work was exceptional !! We will certainly recommend Splashout to anyone looking for work to be done. 5 Star service and very happy customer. Thank you.

Wow! Now that's service! I am so impressed with Splashout's after care service - so many companies don't want to know after they've got your money. That is absolutely NOT the case here. We had an issue with our bath which led to a dispute between the manufacturer and the installer. Sadly, the manufacturer washed their hands of the whole thing and didn't want to know. Rather than leave it there, Splashout replaced the bath at their own (significant) cost to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Complete let down. Promised to turn up on two occastions to fit a bathroom, only to let us down both times. Cancelled installation and got a full refund, then went elsewhere.
Anyway, since when should a custimer review include input from a customer. I will pass you over to Sue, the owner, who has put a remarkable amount of effort into explaining two missed installations. Take it away Sue ....

What a great local business, even though Splashout no longer sell / supply hot tubs , Tony and Sue have gone out there way to help us with the moving of our hot tub , sourcing parts and offering advice , it’s lovely to deal with such friendly people who care about customer service , 100% 5 star business
