Me and my wife had a bathroom installed by Kensi Hope in April 2019. We were very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them.

However, we unfortunately had a couple of problems arise in January 2019. Firstly, the new tap we had was leaking and also the bath panel had distorted by water ingress.

We contacted Kensi Hope and they came and looked at the issues we found as soon as they were able to do so. Then they did the following to correct the issues:

1. They provided a brand new tap and fitted it (the exact same tap).
2. They replaced the bath panel completely at their expense even though we would have had some part to play in the damage of the original panel. Not only that they upgraded the panel free of charge to a panel that was specifically waterproof.
3. They gave us advice on how to avoid the issue ever happening again.

We were very happy with the outcome and have had no further issues. We would definitely use the company again!

Just had new bathroom designed / fitted absolutely over the moon with it, can’t believe the transformation.
When we first popped into the showroom the two girls were lovely, let us take time looking, asking questions etc. 2nd stage Tony came out measured up and made some really good suggestions to design. 3rd stage we visited showroom to finalise design on large screen TV and check everything was as we wanted it.
4th stage- the great day arrived when fitters Paul and Lewis arrived, what amazing workers, very clean and no detail overlooked, continually made sure we were aware what was happening and that we were happy with how it was shaping up. I can honestly say I have never known 2 men work continually the way they both did, it was a pleasure to have them in our home.

We've had 1 bathroom delivered from here, 0 issues. Ordering our second bathroom now and planning on a continuous relationship. Excellent showroom, perfect advise and competitive pricing. I can recommend TH developments on the back off all this as well.

Tony Claire and the team make for a formidable combination and offer a five star service from start to finish. Although we only had a "small" project for them to work on the service and attention to detail was as good as possible and we didn't feel any less special by the complete service package they provide.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and there is a hands on approach which is refreshing. Add that with superb quality products and excellent customer service and you can't go wrong, they will be doing a bigger project for us real soon. Highly recommended.
