The Aqualite team were very helpful from start to finish of our renovation. We walked into their store with a few ideas about what we wanted to do, and they were really good at helping us to understand what was feasible, recommending options for products to consider at the same time. It never felt like they were trying to sell us the most expensive products, but more the most appropriate for our plan.

We had to exchange one item as it didn't quite work once we tried to install it - and even in this situation, the process was very clear, transparent and straightforward.

I would strongly recommend Kal and the team for anyone looking for quality products at a good price with excellent knowledge supporting your decisions.

From the very first visit to Aqualite, we were shown around by Kalyan and he helped us bring our ideas to life by showing us a range of products and suggestions. He went above and beyond to find us the right product and helped us design the layout of our bathrooms. We bought all our bathroom/toilet essentials from him and do not regret it! Would highly recommend!

Can't recommend Aqualite enough. The range and stock is impressive and even when they didn't have items, they could order for me and deliver. Kalyan, Prem and Dev were also helpful enough to provide really good advice before, during and after sales asking sure I picked the best and most practical plumbing supplies.

If I will need to put together another bathroom or buy any plumbing supplies I will go straight to Dev and the Aqualite. This small plumbing shop has a much better service then majority of bathroom showrooms in the area. They give you ideas, follow up in your order and after the delivery they will still answer the questions about the supplies. Great supplies and great service
