Negatives…not told when ordering that it’s a door step delivery only. One of the panels looks like it’s scratched, but won’t be able to properly check it till my builder comes in a couple of days. Dreadful delivery service. Was phoned by them and asked “ have you got a forklift”? I mean, don’t they have an idea that’s it’s a residential house they are delivering to?
Delivery man uninterested that I was unable to lift them on my own and after I got a neighbour to help me, he refused to take back the empty pallets and because of this, I will not be ordering from this company again.
Maybe you should take a look at the company deliveries reviews and think about changing to a more professional company otherwise it’s going to lose you custom in the future.
Update. After my original post. I had another chat with the Guy from floor to walls. I have accepted his apology and he accepted that improvements to delivers maybe required to meet the expectations of the customers. I wish them the very best for the future. I may use them if they can sort the delivery side of the business out.
Replacements came VERY quickly and were double packaged this time and product in good condition.
I would suggest they package all wall panels as they did the second time like that in future to avoid bad reviews and costing themselves a lot of money.
Do not use. They sent the smallest sample which didn't reflect the panel. I asked for photos and was told to come in store even though I am not local.
We ordered anyway, and not happy with the quality. There is also a hole in the back of one of the panels.
I've been told I need to arrange a courier myself to get a refund.
Absolutely shocking service.
And will now no longer respond to emails!
Wall panels were very bent and impossible to install.
Floors to walls arranged replacement, however, new panels came also very bent and again impossible to install.
Floors to walls supposed to collect the faulty panels but they never did.
Although our number of efforts of contacting them they never replied to us, never collected nor refunded us for this making the overall experience as very dissatisfying.
We ended up buying wall tiles and install these instead.
We ordered our wall panels from the website, which were quite expensive. I had previously called the company to make sure they were what we were looking for, considering the price. They told me they were exactly what we needed. However, they use a delivery company that does not care at all. We received the products damaged and the wall panels were cheap plastic material. They are not worth the amount of money you pay for them. My joiner was shocked when they opened it. These panels are made of plastic, cheap and very fragile. They are not multilayers. We asked for a refund and for them to come and collect the items since damaged and useless. They rescheduled a collection with the same delivery company, we were asked to book a date for collection, asking for us to be home the whole day. There were not a lot of slots available, so we picked Friday and moved around all our work appointments. The delivery company never came, nor contacted us. We had to wait the whole weekend with the very large items indoors. They were able to come and collect the items on the following Monday, but never replied to my emails. We are now waiting for a full refund, which Adam told me he will issue once the items are back to him. I hope this is true and I do not have to leave an update or another review about it. Horrible experience, I will never again buy from them. I would also suggest the company changing their delivery company.
