Bathroom Village

Deffo recommend this place. Great staff and service by far the best. Can't do enough to help. High end products and well worth the money. They also know great bathroom fitters and don't use cow boys.

If I could give zero star I would. Ordered online and given a 7 day delivery window. After 6 days chased the order and told out of stock and delivery would be 7 weeks! Not sure how they can sell products online and not have them. Threw my whole project out as had to order elsewhere. Would not recommend. Massively disappointing and to cap it all off a refund takes 14 days!! Shambles!

I bought a bathroom from Bathroom Village in June 2019, and was very happy with the advice I received when planning the work as well as the customer service and availability of the products. Delivery was prompt on the agreed date. I had an issue with one of the shower hoses, which was rectified quickly. Even a year later when a part broke on the flush, they were able to help me by sourcing the replacement part for me very quickly. Very helpful and great customer service, I would thoroughly recommend using Bathroom Village.

Great service and pricing. I love their collection of traditional WC and suites. You really do get quality products here. I can highly recommend the Imperial range. Timeless classic

In 2016 we bought most of a new bathroom from Bathroom Village. We were impressed by BV's great range, good advice and prompt, efficient delivery. But we didn't post a review.
Now, six years later in 2022, a door runner on the shower unit has fractured. The acid test of an enterprise is the service when something goes wrong. I phoned on Saturday; BV couldn't have been more helpful and arranged for the manufacture to rush replacement parts to me, which arrived on Tuesday - free.
So, if you are contemplating ordering from an Internet-only box shifter, ask yourself: what will I do if something goes wrong over the lifetime of the product?

Overall we had a positive experience at Bathroom village. Cant fault the customer service we received, especially from Brennan. Communication was good and delivery was when expected.
Unfortunately we were let down by the quality of some of the products. We bought some base units and a wall unit from the Atlanta range. The fronts are a dark blue color and there were multiple areas on the edges and corners where the plastic wrap was stretched so had gone a pale white color. also areas where the wrap was already peeling on the edges.

The staff at bathroom village agreed this was not up to standard and asked me to bring them in to be sent off and replaced. We're now on our third set of fronts with the same issue. The last batch having been personally signed off by the manufacturers quality control supervisor. Its clear that this is just the below par standard of the units, not a manufacturing fault. Annoying because for the price, we expected higher quality.

Vast range of bathroom products, helpful and knowledge staff but prices are slightly stretching. Overall great place for your bathroom if you could afford.
